Fixed the installer already, now can't login because my battle account does not have Diablo 3 license

Well I've been reading around the web how Magic Find is supposed to work and the debate on whether increased MF is actually worth anything.
I've been trying to gear my wizard for high intelligence, dps, and MF so far. Right now only at lvl23 its at +50%MF.  And I think thats pretty high for such a level.

Is it actually worth it?  Have you noticed an increase in better drops/more yellows? 
I really can't say for sure whether MF is actually working , but I do see more yellows now than I used to, but I don't know if it's due to MF or the mobs/things being killed.
