Hell !
I have / we have some problems with battle4sc2.com
Everything started with a problem of bandwidth, that there are too much visitor on the forum ( Bandwidth problem .. )
We changed for an other host this sunday. But this fucking new host doesn't want to allow http:\\IP\~NameoftheSite which will save us ...
Now I don't know where is the problem, every body tells me that he is OK and check others ...

What I don't want ?
I don't want to use a server that someone share : that will share to somebody your IP, email, that why I can't accept help for host ...

Why ?
It's DNS propagation... Some people can access now to the site, you will be able to access only later

For access to the forum, 2 choice :
- you wait
- If you are Administrator, go there : c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Open the file "hosts" as Administrator and add on the file :
62.212.91.4      www.battle4sc2.com
With that, even a country that don't know that my forum changed of host, your computer will not check the IP of the host and connect directly...
Tested and works well

Hey ! Battle4sc2.com is back... 
I change host and had some complication ... 
I though a problem with the new host provider and my DNS provider, but finally I see that was the last host which blocks the propagation !

Please look the Readme 0.58 or 0.60
You will see your solution at your problem
