The fact that he posted this on envirofile is almost a guarantee this is a scam!  He gets money for everyone person who is dumb enough to fall for it and do the surveys to download it.  At the end its probably some dumb useless file or some kind of virus.

i downloaded it and put it up on my own webserver.  Whoever wants to try it out can download it from here http://jasonyim.net/sc2/Sc2.emu.lan.server.v0.5.rar. I dont feel like trying it out myself so if you were brave enough let us know if it works.
