That happens whenever you dont assign a characters file or an empty file to a bncs name. i.e anything under Account Lists thats blank, will cause it to give you that popup msg. 
But it will still connect anyway after to the amount of bots you have designated in 'Launch'.
To prevent this just dont load names u dont plan on using or give all bncs names an account list.
