Which file?  Download it off the web and copy it into your bot folder or /system.  then go to start - run - type in - regsvr32 filenamehere.
If using 64bit system copy the file to /wow64.

What other problems are you having?  If you need somewhat live support come to my channel on irc.darkblizz.org #darkblizz.
Otherwise, all problems can be addressed through forum, since the bot is pretty easy to use.

Once again, what file?  All you need to do is get that file and copy it into your /system or /wow64 folder.

Yeah, its most likely an .ocx or .dll hes missing.  We would need to know which one, or preform the steps myst has given
