its kinda annoying why this launcher doesn't work at patch 10 is there a launcher that does work for patch 10 or is it just my comp

Yes, but you need a beta key, you can get it for $5.00 by pre-ordering it at a gamestop store, at EB game store, or its online site, and even at amazon.
