Every map, loader and AI I use, same result

Subject, and the same result is that when I load up the map, its all Fog of war. No spawn points or anything, it does not matter what AI, loader, or map I use.

you can only play blizz very easy or download custom AI that worked for me although custom ai said "hard" but it wasnt a challenge
